    No Boss Culture Slightly higher pay

    Dislikes

    Lobbying No singular flow of orders & instructions Other than usual salary of employees , company is reluctant to an insane level to pay it's stakeholders/vendors/facilities. Null & Negligible work life balance One set of department & employees are being pampered too much & other set of department & employees are considered having no life .

    - Good Pay - Understanding of the political scenario and deep learning of what it takes to build an election campaign - The work satisfaction is immense when you achieve the desired political results.

    ...The performance pay is affected if you can't deliver results on time. - There is no job security even though you are a core team member. No matter how good you are, you can be thrown out anytime once they feel that they have obtained the work required from you on the pretext of bad performance (combinations of false allegations and timely delivery of projects). Bootlicking and backbiting are the ways to ensure job security. It is also said that caste plays a role in ensuring your job security and promotion. - Please note that you are on your own regarding your safety. - Please be ensured that you won't be posted at your native location. This is done to save the HRA and you will be placed in a different pay scale model. There is less coordination amongst the different departments hence the work gets affected.
