-Company offers various perks like food , fruits , door to door cab service, hybrid model - Job security is there , company doesn't fire easily. - Good learning is available but you will have to put in extra hours - end to end responsibility is given for the items , juniors are trusted with new work.

Dislikes

...Over the years I have seen such principles followed in the company - pay 2-3 senior guys heavily so that they don't leave and hire freshers for 2 reasons 1) they are highly motivated 2) they can be easily exploited Once you become a 2-3 years experienced guy , you will feel that you need your personal life as well and then when you start taking work life balance seriously you will see yourself not getting appraised anymore . So when you try to leave company will make you a few offers(that too with 2 years employment bond ) but eventually for every senior gone they will again hire a few freshers to exploit for the next 2-3 years And this cycle goes on . At start they will ask you if you are available on weekend and slowly after a few times they will put the work on mail without even discussing if you can work on Saturday or not .

Ok work environment, people are old and the plan to grow as a company is limited. Company policy is good, good hikes but lot of internal communications gaps. Slow in promotions and really slow as a firm. Soon going to be a lala company.

Dislikes

Decent salary, above average hikes. Lots of learning but lot of overwork and tight deadlines. No testing and hesitant towards changes in technology.

- Excellent work culture & lively floor - Leaders & HR Team members are very approachable - Opportunities for growth & learning - Great Food & Cab Reimbursement policy - Opportunities for travel outside India - Regular feedback sessions by the HR Team & yearly fedback surveys - Niche domain and a great opportunity to build functional expertise in Finance/Fintech - Extremely Lean Operations & Job Security NOTE: This answer is from the PoV of Mumbai Office which houses IVP's Consulting Team

Dislikes

- Pay & hike is not always on par with other market players. - No 'Variable' or 'Performance-linked bonus' component in the pay package. Thus, there is no incentive for professionals to push themselves to go over and beyond. Note: This answer is from the PoV of Mumbai Office which houses IVP's Consulting Team
