Team is good.

Dislikes

Supervisors daily taunts on employee's salary, premises rent, lack of appreciation on the good jobs done, daily concalls for hours hampering business hours including midday reviews 3-4 times a day, overall a toxic environment.

Likes

Continuum program in which every employee has opportunity to get the promotion every year .

Dislikes

Salary payout is not matched as per the Grade and Appraisal bonus providing to an employee which is on the lower side , even not offered as per the standard to an employee on any kind of rating even employee got Top rating . So , An Organisation Management need to be work on Staff accountability and Salary and Appraisal bonus part .

As a Management trainee, you get decent salary. Some executives are supportive.

Dislikes

At the bank, even though the 2nd and 4th Saturdays are officially holidays, you're still expected to work. Many executives are not cooperative and often refuse to explain things if you don't understand them. Additionally, you’re required to stay for extended hours.

Working life balance is good and working pressure is nominal.

...good and working rules no onelearn you. Only pressure create without any reason. Yearly salary hike and bonus is not good, it's pathetic.

When r u selected for company then salary hike is very good Continum is best policy for this bank .

Not proper training . Work culture is very bad Huge pressure and if unable to deliver then use own fund . Leaking leg upper management by Bm nd ASM for there won't job security and appraisal.
