    The Branch managers are old in system .and Region HR is changed the indusindbank growth is huge than others banking.totally HR team indusind is worst working culture.hr team support only higher officials not as employee.when compared indusind HR is worst than small finance bank.everyone lower employee does not complete notice period properly all are absconding .so guys dont never choose indusind bank dont spoil your future and lifestyle.HR team support higher official only not Low grade employees..... and all indusind applications like tortoise that compare other bank apps.totally waste mobile banking .AIM app.always server error.

    It was horrible to work in Indusind Bank. I did not get much things to learn, no supportive colleague. Seniors did not pay attention only concern about business and ask us to sit late in the office. No security at branch.
