Work/life balance in ATV department is poor. Culture is more of name and blaim rather than cooperate. Company culture is very poor. Team Leads tend to discriminate and tend to show-off.

It is a good company especially if you see at the salary you get. Work culture is also amazing. But work load is also very much.

...their expectations is too high from you, whether you are fresher or experienced. On the other hand you will get decent salary and perks

Worst work environment & wrong job description is given. Only managers n higher level people get good increments. They hire interns & YGTs in bulk for 11 months or 2 year contract and fire you in between. The people are not friendly. They are bitter in response to most questions asked. I particularly have a 5+ years of experience and have never worked in a toxic environment like Infineon's. Bo matter how much a person provide to meet their targets, the management is never satisfied with thr results. Also, to attend the trainings abroad, people who butter their managers gets the chance to go... Rest deserving people are given some sort of excuse.

* Biggest campus placement Scam - company mass hires year long interns blocking by telling exaggerated full time CTC and blocking then from other on campus company drives. Then after internship converts them to external employee with half of the already told CTC. * No standing desk * Bend to fill water bottles * No dinner and snacks * Not so needed Intern Status Reviews * According to their policy only 25% interns are absorbed so think twice before joining for 11 months * Intern leaves are not carry forwarded * Sick leaves are not carry forwarded * Work from home setup cost not reimbursed * Student internship policy wasn't sent beforehand to the college before hiring interns where only 25% of interns is going to be absorbed is written
