ICS being a consultant does its job in a very poor way. Very bad employee management, very poor employee requests handling. I am working for 5 years, appraisal has only been 3- 4% with 4.2 rating. They do not encourage learning, neither compensate for it. Worked in both Verizon and Nokia projects and my experience hasn't been positive at all, they meet your asking CTC when you are joining but from there you move like a slug.Read More
