Compare to market salary is low. And lot of politics even Infosys manager will do politics for hike and position.

1. Learning Department is the best. (Regular sessions on all technology are conducted, you can avail free vouchers for external exams) 2. Best campus. (Better than you can imagine)

1. No Salary hikes, 2. No benefits, 3. No timely promotion, 4. Timely Progression is given (Fake promotion) where only your job title is incremented and nothing else is updated. (0 salary hike) 5. Never gave any festive bonus. (I was delusional to even expect it) 6. HR department is absolute worst. (Major setback) 7. 70 Hour work culture.

Job Security little bit better compare other software companies. Team members are good if you forgot about management

Here managers are much more greed to go onside , so as a junior your oppertunity will come latter , thats happen with me , though i got US visa but management not send me \, but my manager got visa after me and he went.

...tion and Foreign clients even. But we cannot expect more hikes, promotions, etc. Those who wants to work in a comfort zone and who don't have more salary expectations can choose to continue at Infosys for long term.
