1. Beautiful campus 2. Job security, once you are confirmed, they will not remove you (even if you don't have project they will keep you on bench😅 ). But exceptions can be there. 3. Training at Mysore DC (for freshers), it's very beautiful experience . It's good if you want to start your career with Infosys (but without any expectations of good salary 😜).

Dislikes

1. Poor Salary 2. No hike and no promotion. Evaluation is just for name sake. Even if you work hard, mostly you will get met expectations in ratings. 3. Though it depends on your team and project, but on an average work life balance is average here. (Logout time is not fix most of the time 🥲). 4. They will do mass hiring and keep people on bench for longer time. 5. You can be mapped for the role, you are not trained for. 6. With work they will expect you to complet different internal courses (even if you don't have time 😕 ). 7. They will not give Diwali bonus, not even Sonpapdi (not even demanding kajukatli 😏)

Work culture depends on project and team. My project was with good team and there was no work pressure. Leave policy is good where we can take planned leave as we wish.

Dislikes

1. No promotion for 3 year (2022 to 2025). Same salary since 2022 2. No recognition of talent and promotion. Promotions are given mostly for those who drop paper (I was offered to stay with 30% hike with promotion). I rejected the offer they gave to stay in.

...ure is very good, but in some projects it happens that we have to work overtime. But they do not pay overtime for that. This is in some projects. In other projects, we get paid and apart from this, the work life balance is very good. And they are a little behind in giving timely increments. After the employee joins, he should be given the increment on time, so when he does not give the speech, this is a drawback.

Infosys Work culture and atmosphere will be good and if you are not in Tier 2 or Tier 1 colleges for your Education then you can have a great experience in Infosys campuses.

Only Concern everyone has i very less pay when compared to Market Standards of-course it is case to case for every individual.

Promotion, salary of Infosys is comparatively low compared to other IT Companies. Appraisal doesn't happen even sometimes for 3 to 4 years continuously and whenever happens also that is only 5% or even less than 5%. Its very annoying. And during promotion also they keep larger amount of your promotional hike as veriable pay and its Infosys's tradition to cut veriable pay as much as possible in every quarter.this really hurts as an infosisian.if you will spent more time in infosys obviously you can't improve financially throughout your career.
