    My luck I got the best manager there, also the role I was looking for.

    The salary received was less than the industry standard. As a fresher I expected 5-7LPA but received 3.25 LPA, thought it would increase after training period but no. Other than this everything and everyone was good.

    1. Work culture 2. Work life balance 3. Company using mostly AWS and Azure , learning happens 4. Most of products have good technology stack except the legacy ones. 5. Flexible working hours 6. Job security 6. Opportunities to showcase yourself if you are good at something that can actually be incorporated in the technology stack if the management is impressed.

    1. Salary is not competitive to Taiwan market. 2. Management sitting in united states are mostly non technical. 3. QA Team members in US are hired on pretext of being SDET but hardly have any coding skills. 4. Management lacks clear vision , driving force , innovation so basically you are on your own to drive the team that's could be a plus point but negative in certain situations.

    Nothing. There is ZERO Job security. Even the HR are unprofessional and talks desi. High attrition rate. They pay salary after 3 months. So unprofessional even after its mentioned in offer letter to complete the F&F within 45 days.

    High attrition rate. It is a staffing company . They hardly has any project with them. They pay the salary after 90 days, even when its mentioned to complete the F&F within 45 days. So uneducated the HR team is.
