...ple at the lower end difficult. No work-life balance. 15 hour shifts are common. But they pay reasonably good.

Open door policy. Good learning. Good increments.

Dislikes

No new technologies to work with, company is dependent on all free tools available in the market. Too biased, though manager recognises hard work, but top management doens't. Company takes care of employees who are there with the company for years even if they do not work at all. But for someone who works their hass off, its no place to be.

work-life balance is absent occasionally. feedback is usually shared once a year.

Lot of things are there to like about Interactive Avenues, Good people, good leave policy, supportive management, ample learning opportunity in your domain, open door policy (you can directly approach anyone) etc

Dislikes

sometimes you feel stuck in you domain. quite hard to learn new things from other domain. client servicing and media planning people steal all the limelight. You wont get that much recognition of your work as you expect
