Everything. No work-life balance, be ready to get laid off any sec, pay-cut,no bonuses, u will work ur manager will get promotion. Every second u will be tortured by mental harassment and verbal abuses by people like PG and RD. Increment in single digits, good looking women get promotion and those who licks senior management a$$ gets also. No reward and recognition. U will hit ur lowest point here and that makes u strong to leave the company.

Politics, salary and work hours, people and everything about Ipsos. People become dumb after working here. Because of too much work people gets paralyzed. They get heart attack, reduction in eyesight, etc. Managers gives slangs also after working for more than 12 hours to juniors. Salary gets reduced yoy but responsibilities increases yoy. Culture is very bad. work from office permanently and no work from home. If u gets sick, u have to come to office. If u die, then also u have to come to office and do work. Because of too much of politics and 3rd class culture, I left this organization.

Friendly junior colleagues and supportive

...o fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it.

It is a great learning environment - with a lot of collaboration across teams. Salary is less but I have had immense work satisfaction. Appropriate growth opportunities as well! Flexible working hours

...ness targets to junior people, and executive directors are inept to do business. There are CXOs about whom no one knows what they do or they are just there for salary.
