    It is great platform to learn, because they have projects in almost all kind of industries in India so you will get almost every kind of projects irrespective of your previous experience, All of your managers are well versed in their correspondent field so you will always have a metor to guide, help, monitor you All instructions are crystal clear and in proper channel so there is very less chance for miscommunication Salary will credit in on time

    Salary is on time and not delay much.

    IRCLASS management is very poor.New management comes and no any technical competency looking for engineer ,less salary and giving more work , no any benefits given.Boss selected person only promotions and hard working engineer is not having promotion and dislike by the management. Hr department is very strong.HR is saying same management is accepting ,Technical competency no any values. No any system in the company for online.If any complaint comes engineer justify self , no management is supportive.Top level is enjoying and ground level working engineer to squeeze.

    Job Security was not there, Work culture:- Politics and Not suitable for contractual employee, Management is very poor:- HR not at all involve in any formalities, Company polices are like there is not policy it defer from person to person.

    No Proper induction or training, No Job Security, Career Growth is slow, Salary growth is low, high Travel, more politics, Work Environment is good, Innovation is nothing, Good Work life balance. Management Doesn't pay compensation on time. They pay compensation after 3 months. travelling allowance differ from person to person and it has been hide from every employee.

    Individual take all responsibility,No one guidance and month end your seniors call for timesheet remained month's day no one talk or call. Did not give introduction about company policy or attendance/leave system did not know that present day attendance count or leave-Not had any digital platform ,if company had only for income tax declaration forms.

    Dependence to another company,mostly like bachelor accomodation, travelling etc.Salary package very less while experience, higher qualification employee deployed
