    Increment is minimal. Work culture is pathetic. Groupism among top leader, no hierarchy is maintained. Top leaders look for their personal growth and credits by doing jobs that are not beneficial to the organization rather company profits are not taken into consideration.

    Very very bad,since 2009 no promotion,and 14year job complete with Isgec give salary only 23k very very bad culture plant hand told other guys this local man is not going any other company ,plant head is thinking very very bad in this time.

    There much things to learn except salary and don't expect that you will be treated with dignity there are many bunch of idiots they don't know the human etiquette. Most probably you can say they are not human.

    many things, I joined isgec as a fresher. but I never got any enjoyful moment. even right now I work on contract but far happy. I can not bear that pressure again. it was almost against the humanity. but one thing if you are a south indian you can enjoy there. discrimination is in full swing. over all anyone should not consider this company at priority, this is a last option.

    1. Work culture. 2. Very worst behaviour of some of the employees who are stagnant there for more than 10 + years and the are at the AGM positions. 3. No chance given for self assessment. 4. Technical understanding ability of the heads of technical department are very poor and they are the persons who will rate their juniors (think about the level of rating). 5. Whatever the nonsense they talk, we need to adhire to it and shouldn't react for it. Otherwise it will reflect during our appraisal. 6. Recruiting most of the people from the reference are worst and they are supporting them to thier maximum extent even though they are not working properly, since they have referred them. 7. If any one the person didn't work properly, the people at the AGM position will not correct them. Instead, they will try to impose the work load over the person who is working good.
