Company Hod's feels very proud about Harassing there employees mentaly and physically.
Dislikes
1.They will not increase your salary by only 2k Or 3k if you are working for more then 5yrs but at the same time they can hire a new joinee with more salary then the existing employee.
2.HR department is not employee friendly it's management friendly.
3.According to the management if you want leave for any festivals, for the employees below the managerial level in the Hirerachy it's not applicable.
4.HOD's and there assistant have the privilege to eat whenever thay want but the again the employee below the manegrial level not even get a releaver because of the staff crunch in this property.
5.According to the HOD's employees have to follow all the process made by the company but at the same time company will not follow the process made for the employee, for example shift hours policy, so while hiring they will portrait in such a way that employee have to do only 9hours shift, but the scenario is completely different.
6.property is run by 70% of trainees and 30% of employees and at the same time they want to pass all the audits as well by harassing there employees physically and mentally.
7. HR is very supportive in passing the audits for long shift hours and less increments of the employee for the company.
8.HR department is totaly bogus.
