I have worked in 4 companies in my career. And this is the worst work nature ever I worked in my experience. They will recruit the people's for the seasonal requirement. After the season they will fire the employee for the cost reduction. What ever you put your effort, you will never get the recognition instead of that they will scold you and put lot of pressure and will induce you to drop the resignation mail.

All things are worst in this company. I am suggesting all those who are looking for a job in this company don't prefer this company. It will collapse your whole career.

Worst working environment they won't even give work from home for emergency.They will give holidays but you have to work 4 to 5 hrs even on holidays.Worst work life balance.MD Is even more worst he won't even care about employees health,he will force you to work for 12 hours a day.while recruiting they will say you will only work 9 to 6 but they will ask you to work on night. And if you refuse to work on night they will target you and make you resign yourself or terminate you by telling poor performance.

no work life balance even you will be forced to work midnight, since you will be resposible for the money spend in the amazon.com us market, you will be answerable to the MD directly at anytime.

Need to be submissive, Domination of managers, Micro management, unethical behavior and a toxic work environment. Need to work 9am morning to 12am night,

It's a worst experience so far for me . There is no learning there .They hire people and they don't even give chance to someone and the next moment they fire also .I feel pity for those freshers and experience people.
