    Working culture is not good, No Career Growth Management is very poor. Politics and favourism at the time of appraisal. HR policy are Useless Coordination from Seniors is very poor NO Job security and No salary hikes.

    Manpower issue,will have to work 12hrs if colleague goes on leave or when Sunday working and to take c.off you have to work 12hrs to give c.off to others against Sunday.

    ... No salary hike. 5. Very poor QA/QC department. Poor QA/QC Management. 6. Non-supportive bosses. 7. Favourism. 8. Even No importance of QA HOD decisions. No power in hand of QA dept. All decision finally taken in favour of Operations.

    1. Working culture is good. 2. Salary is on time on regular basis. 3. If any one is worthy enough for promotion, there is assurity that person will get it.

    Dislikes

    Salary revision is required for MCS because even if get yearly hike on low basic salary, it will take 10-12 years to reach 8 to 9 lakhs CTC. 2. Job security is good thing here, work life is also balance but those who are here from starting their salary is not even comparable with new joining employees at the same post . Means company recognise thir loyal employees in terms of work but doesn't recognises in terms of salary. This is not fare policy of HR.

    Good work environment and culture.Teammated are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and every employ secure feel with their job.

    Dislikes

    There is a lot of policies and management doesn't address our issue.Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
