The only thing to be liked was salary got credited on time, only bootlickers can survive there, odm process was a bit better than chat process, please join only if you don't have any other option than begging and start finding job from the very first day of your training.
Everything was to be disliked can you imagine taking 5 chats consecutively? I have taken 5 chats continuously from login time till logout time, during the whole month of ramadan, a$$hole team leaders even won't let you have a lunch break I have to argue with him during wfh that I need to put my crm on break while having lunch, I can't chat with customers and eat consecutively 🤷♂️, and he said that here in wfo nobody takes lunch break and eat on the system desk itself, can you imagine the pressure on associates? this is after they prepare break and login roster every day 😑
Even after logging out it took 40,45 minutes to resolve all the chats every day they removed second tea break without any reason and even HR's didn't have any answers, I didn't had any issues with the odm management but chat process was full of filth, it was chat process but they forced us to call every customer in end of the chat for Excellent rating, that was not customer service but was reduced to just rating game @$$hole tl reprimanded us every day about the ratings, you will not get any downtime or break even during the office meetings no matter you are talking to hr/manager/tl you have to take chats and have to respond in meetings also 😂😂
Somehow I managed 4 months in that zoo and gave up
