No appraisal, no appreciation, incentives are just like getting chiller based on your salary, no learning and skill development as most of your sr and colleagues are under educated, not recommended if you want to grow and develop your skills, here you'll just get egoistic people as it's just a family business

salary is very low salary and incentive are not on time SO MUCH changes in shift timing MANAGER TL HR behavior IS VERY BAD THEY WANT TO US TO BEHAVE LIKE WE ARE IN SCHOOL SO MUCH CHIK CHIK FOR LEAVE DEDUCTIONS SO MUCH

Jiva ayurveda is good place to work beacuwe they give chance to the people who deserves to be promoted according to hierarchy.

Though due to pandemic employees could not get the annual appraisal in salary yet they are helping their employees to WFH and take PCs and required things to setlle WFH without firing and cutting wages of employees

I have worked in this company for three years. The company is good. Salary come on time. No problem of leave everything is good.

0% of growth and promosion chances in this company. No limit of work time. Reference people are give more importance than the rest of the team.
