    Postion is hired as site executive( Site Engineer) but you end u doing sales with contractor and engineers.Credit is the biggest problem and recovering it is nother large task No proper planning to execute any task. No clarity on the current market situation. No inputs taken to improve brand building. No team work No respect on teams meeting or ready to take the input Managers are not ready to address the situation as the way it is No clarity on work tasks or plan on executing the requirement

    CTC offered is good, incentive structure is also good. Expenses and allowances are timely disbursed.

    Dislikes

    No difference between working day and day offs. All day working with intensive tracking. Exploitation of mental and physical health. Poor seniors and management quality. Zero employee care. HR department worst in the industry.

    My boss was very supportive. Policy is very good. Salary is also good.

    Dislikes

    There was no work life balance you have to work average 12-14 hours per day. Upper management is not aware about ground problems. They only take care of white and grey cement division, they don't take care about tilemaxx division.
