Worst Company culture when it comes to 'Quality and Compliance'. The senior management including people at Sr. Director level are involved in financial and compliance issues, kick backs, bribery, integrity violation etc. People who work for such so called 'Leaders' are protected even when there are enough evidences against them for integrity violations, compliance violations, bribery and kick backs. Whistle blowers are being reprimanded for exposing the corrupts people and HR is supporting unethical managers.Read More

The culture set by Johnson and Johnson in US is completely different from which is being followed in India. In India you are just made to follow the same for namesake, for everything else, you need to have a godfather to promote you, save you and safeguard you. The company policies are simply superb, you need to be fortunate enough to get into this company but the management in India is totally biased to those who treat them as godfather. if you speak or write the truth, either you are being thrown out of the company or you are being made a scapegoat in that issue.Read More
