    Really loved the work-life balance at Johnson controls. May be because of good team members including manager and onsite teams, had better work-life balance. If you are feeling headache, go for sick leave, back-pain then go for sick leave. No such internal politics, everyone is helping from team lead to product manager. The only thing is finish your work on time, and if you do it, then you can leave for home, offline or do anything. Flexible working hours.

    ... But yes, the good thing is they gave 6 months of salary including leave encashments. No promotion at all.

    On time salary. There is no positive thing I've seen from past 2years

    Dislikes

    Don't expect respect from your managers. You may have to work for more than 12hours. Also I've worked during holidays. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. Don't expect good hike. I got better offer and descent hike from other companies. But I was offered AM position and I joined here. Now I'm feeling guilt of not joining other company. If you're planning to join JCI, please don't do that if you believe in learning, peaceful workplace. This company is not for hardworking employees
