Transport facility is good. Company provides full support to their operators and managers but not suitable for mid level staffs like Sr. Executive/officer who are treated like beast. Sometimes they have to do housekeeping work also if housekeeper are not available.

Managers creat atmosphere like job insecurity,always threatens to fire, managers are not able to give right direction to work ,are only busy with politics, micromanaging, always take their subordinates to higher authorities and ask to leave the company in front of higher authority for no reason because managers are conditioned with their own fear, insecurity and limitations.

Local company culture is not so good. Increments are very bad and not fair. Managers create an atmosphere of job insecurity.

As mentioned above… how much they can survive with the same. Organisation management at a unit/region level poorly managed.. CSD Executives are much more powerful than your RSM/NSM and can influence Top Level Management thoughts. Do not believe in promoting the performer's. Always have a thought of hiring a well aged team which can not run in market but can do lot of politics.
