    Salary is at par with top organisations. Benefits are really good. Yearly incentive is 15-18% of CTC. Yearly hike is around 12-15% of gross pay.

    Dislikes

    Promotions are given to those who spend at least 5+ years in the organisation. Need to go to office weekly twice without fail, reminds me of school days when manager announces work-from-office attendance every 2 weeks. Long working hours, work life balance is a myth here. Company's culture is spoilt here in India, Managers are encouraged to micro-manage their team and managers do this job way-too-well.

    JP Morgan is the leading good bank in US. Yu will definite love the workstation and its all amenities. You will probably get much more salary as expected from outside. This needs to be discussed with HR and the hiring manager. Since partners and stack holders are directly working with you, it mat help better visibility for your career. Fresher and Interns are welcome for this firm as you will get to know so many stuffs.

    The work culture is very bad. You need to work more than 10/12 hr daily. Even if you are in senior position you have to work hard. No work life balance. My recommendation is to join JPMC if you have experience between 1 to 6/7 years not more than that. Some of the managers are only process oriented then do not help in technical stuff. They want only results which is very bad in nature.

    Strongly recommend not to join this organization, they pay reasonable well but work culture is disaster, they don't care about employees, they don't care about the skills of the employee they force to do stuff's if it is not your strong area, Organization is fill with poisonous people, if you don't agree to them they will make you resign, please stay away from this organization.
