Most of New York is cheaper than Mumbai or even South Delhi
For eg this house in Brooklyn, NYC is cheaper than an apartment in Dadar. At 20k ₹ per sqft, it's cheaper than even new Kharghar sector 35 flats. That's not counting the fact that it's freehold land with a built house, not one of 100 flats. Billionaires, builders, investors both domestic and foreigners and politicians have created artificial land scarcity in India by focusing every development in a few metro cities.

  • Job security - Good

Dislikes

Work culture, Management asks for production, but doesn't gives any resources. Worker Manpower is very less here. Here Purchase department is not doing any work and the user has to do all the jobs for him. Vendor is not penalised for late delivery, user has to suffer, and many times PO gets deleted by purchaser without informing to user. Those who are old and have set their place in department are considered first.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.
