...till time last 10 months. 200 plus court case by employees due to F&F not given. COVID time company given only 40% salary in lockdown time & after lockdown 70% salary given 6 month.

... and i am corona positive, in store test, no one can call and ask for health....Cant give salary.....

Salary time is not stable, If salry time is 10, Company give on salary after 15 and 16 of the month.... In lockdown, company pay 50% and after lockdown give only 60% of salary...with 1 year agreement.... No Incentive given by company....

Zero work like balance ,working culture is very bad,lala driven company .HR policies are very bad not to be trusted at all.Join at your own risk.No support.Before joining please take feedback from trade and old employees.

I worked for 4 brands in my 13 years of sales experience, the worst company to work. I don't recommend kaff to my enemy also. Hr people are uneducated, Their mind runs how to sac peoples. Brand is not working on their weakness. Brand acceptance is very low. All the employees slowly slowly left this company. Very insure job. The best part they are not doing full and final of employees, many such cases are pending. If they want they can sac people, if someone want to move on (Resign) they harsh and don't except resignation.
