...the team to build the pipeline, and helps to minimize the TAT with good resumes. In between, joined another organization due to salary hike, but, within 2 weeks when i didn't like the company's environment, my manager helped me to rejoin the organization. Also, I used to work from home, and when i requested my manager that i want to learn new things, immediately, he helped me to come to the office. I am really missing my team and the management, who always helped me professionally and personally .

Everything, you don't get your salary on time, on your full and final settlement, you never know when you will get it, they don't even respond to your emails or calls, and you don't get paid in full.

This is a 25 years old organisation,There are new clients having only 4 clients that too implementations, There is nothing towards skill development Promotions to only favored employees There is no job security, they will ask you to leave any time

Flexible work environment is a major plus. The management is both supportive and understanding. Lot of learning and professional growth making it great place to develop the career.
