The HR team here in Saudi Arabia, particularly the KBR-AY team is very unprofessional. I will share my story. Last September 2021, I got an offer from other company, I give my exit notice to my superior. He talk to me, negotiate some things, then we agreed on the compensation they give me just to stay on my job(the manager, and my superior already approve the compensation we negotiate, they forward it to the HR) Fast forward, March 2022, until now I doesn't receive the compensation we agreed. Then finally, HR call me, and say, that they can't give the compensation that we agreed and can just give me this amount( lower than the offer I received from the other company). Its very frustrating on my side and very unfair, but I have no choice but to accept what the HR give me since I already refuse my previous offer just to stay on KBR AY . Lesson learned, not because the company is big and has good reputation, that means that the people behind them are good. Hopefully, another opportunity come, and it won't happen again. I swear, I regret staying here in KBR AY, but as a professional, I won't let this affect my job, I will just wait, and leave.Read More
