    Salary on time. One can get all the documents fairly at the time of joining. Free family accommodation as per grade you get money for that.

    Dislikes

    Do not have any work life balance. For Telegu people this company is good, but for others too much pertiality is here... Pl do not come this company..Some uneducated Old age people sitting on top,they rotten the work place, they each time poking the technical person and report to Senior management... they provide free food which is mainly south Indian based not good at all.

    No fixed timeing, travel to another sites frequently in married person, salary not give time to time, site execution persons treat like a slave, not support to working persons, not arange manpower and machinery in time.

    Dislikes

    Lot of politics...the salary they offer you is very low compared to market...Mainly the HR dept is worst they don't reply you at all even if your dying. The management only need your work they don't help you at all.

    The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. No value to lower category of technical staff

    Dislikes

    Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

    Company is good for fresher .one thing good in this you will learn everything by working in this company. In precise it's good for learner.

    Dislikes

    Very poor salary. You will get good post on very low salay. Poor management. Engineers don't get good accommodation and Fooding. Not good fr engineers having experience .at one point of time switching will become need of the hour for you.
