There is nothing that u will like to work here. Always feel insecure. U always be criticize by your superior. Late night meetings after your whole day shedule. Groups of people in each department try to push downside others. No HR policy for employees to feel work here.

SKODA AUTO VOLKSWAGEN is focused on safety of their employees, they provide good salary packages. Company is very cautious about their product quality.

Sometimes cost utilisation is more in some of processes, that can be eliminated.

Carriers groth are not justified with work experience. Salary increase & Promotions ratio is poor.
