    Kotak group is lala company the ethics on it as i joined kotak wealth channel is fraud not paying salary ravi modi pralayankar sahi not interested to attend employees problems i believe if you looking for grow not to join kotak only bootlicker and mostly on the senior level have big health issues because of after miss selling products they don't handle pressure

    Other than job security there is nothing positive.Job security is there due high attrition & new people hardly join.

    There is Nothing to like about, except you get salary on time.

    Dislikes

    No appreciation for your work, no job security, lots of office politics, someone else will take your credit, only a$$ lckrz will be in the good books and if you stand for your self you are screwed. Far away from station and takes approx 45-60 mins to reach the office if traffic is more, which is more in morning due to working hours. Management is not good, you won't find any consistent process and you sometimes your job profile will be switched every quarter.

    Work life balance was really good, Had good Growth with 3Promotions in 8years Allowed WFH during Covid Situation Good Learning in Personality development and Management.

    Dislikes

    Salary not upto the market standards Internal Politics with bith HO & Regional levels. Growth stagnant after certain levels due to Comfort Zone of Regional Level Managers. No proper Clarity on appraisal based on our performance.
