...For Normal HR they can't pay salary but they can keep an IT GUY for 2 months in bench who's monthly salary is more than 2 Lakh rupees. Really don't understand how billing is done . Not happy did not thought after making all the efforts i will get the response that you will have last working day in next 15 days. Manager did not even supported at the time of extension they simply saying management is saying there is no requirement to work on so we are taking out employees. How is this relevant if others are kept in job and they are doing the same , some are not performing even though they are kept in job and their contract is getting extended.Read More
