- At least my reporting manager is good, but can't talk about other teams. - Work life balance is good in my team. - Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

- Growth from learning point of view is not good. - Pay is below average. - Very less scope for promotion. - From last 2 years, higher management is still re-organizing the teams to fit into different business units. - After change of senior/higher management in technology, there is no clarity at all and no body is sure as to what is going to happen in future. - Job security is a big concern.

There is nothing good about Kroll, PV process.

Dislikes

...and dogs. At the end it affects the employee due to inefficiency of manager. Pay is very less in this kind of work and zero learning. Managers are not at all supportive and try to be authoritative all the time. There is a reason why the attrition rate is so high and why joining bonus is so big. Bonus is big which comes with a claw back provision because the company also knows the reality of the process. There are no timings. Managers want you to work like a donkey for 24 hrs and there is no additional reward or pay for that. In terms of appraisal also, they give single digit raise and peanut bonus. Good appraisal is given only to those who are in good books of the manger.

Bad managers who do not know management will be your manager (both Asia and Canada) Wierd coworkers who think they are superior to everyone Zero job security The previous CEO was an Indian who actually didn't know anything about leadership and employee well beings

WFH can manage as per you. Timings are adjustable.

Dislikes

Worst place if going specifically as Interior designer. No Job security in any fields. They just do trial and errors as per them. Can not depend on company at all.
