... about my talent my efforts. I worked harder day and night to achieve something. When it’s time to pay me back… they took my pride from me. Made me go through hell!! Except my TL. Everyone is toxic. Even the HR. It was all his plan to do this with me. It is an MNC for the name but they are good at politics only. I did my job for 2 years with all sincerity and loyalty. They did not forget me just for a joke? It was all in their hand… I was deserving for the post. I had a good future there. But what that shit HR did. It was all her plan. It was not that big thing what she made an issue of. She is the worst. As a human and as an HR. She is the one who always gets hate because of her actions she does just in arrogance that she has power. All of them are worse. Except my TL. She is the only one who understood my situation and supported me. But she took my everything. I wish her hell. Kumon was my family… but she made me hate kumon.

Everything is good job satisfaction, salary on time, fun activities, personal development activities, ready to listen.

Dislikes

Slow growth, taking feedback but did not work upon, increment based on inflation rate.

I have started from the base and learn basic task of Admin n Facility. Only requirement was task complition by the time, way can be yours but would be in policies. Means freedom of work. Employee can be more efficient, effective n productive if he want to be.

I dont know the current culture, but at that time salary structure n increments was not good.

Nothing good, only F&F and salary was on time.

All Un-trained girls running centre with no minds, very poor behaviour with no professionalism. HR have mindless ladies, no understanding of wrong and right. Not good for men's to work in centre. Hire some professional in company in management and in centre appoint a. Male management professional to run the centre properly and control employees wrong doings like theft of stationery, fee etc.

Kumon India education pvt ltd is japan based company and there working culture toxic. very much caring about man power there health conscious thinking about employees carrers backup about financial supports.
