...ce on this company. P.S: I joined this company after surviving a major accident.Because of my gap in hospital work I couldn't rejoin as a staff on any hospitals,as they are demanding me to join as trainee bcoz they can give a less salary for atleast 1year.

Only salary is on time and rest all is very worst.Job timing and appraisal is very poor.

Company culture, Training,Job timing,Appraisal,Job responsibilities all is not as per the ISO company standard.Even one higher cadre and experienced candidates will be worked under a lower cadre and experienced candidates.Company higher management is treat like we are living in a British rule.I only joined with this organisation for taking only L&T experience but it's was biggest mistake in my life.

Projects that L&T does are amazing. Exposure to big projects is good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is bad. If you work here forget about your family. Salary is not as per industry norms either and yearly appraisals don't even beat inflation.
