    Worst culture these days, if not properly handled by good management will lead to terrible manpower loss..... Extreme level of politics which is not eve done by modi

    ...Worst salary structure, they will torture you whole year to leave the company and when you resign in middle they will start looting you, they will take your all PLR and Retention amount which they show as CTC part. Third class HR. Everything is handled by old top management of 20-25 years old employees. Nobody cares about work, they just want their ego to be satisfied. Here culture is worst than government sectors. Don't waste your precious lifetime to work here. Before joining here first talk to anyone of your friend who work here .....they will never suggest you to join.
