    Salary on time and somewhat job security than competitors.

    1. Business oriented, very frustrating BU head and managers don't listen other issues other than billing. 2. No skill development, employees work here mentally damaged by leadership. Even anyone tends to die they donot care. 3. So do not join until you have confirmed which leadership you are working. 4. Notice period is very horrible here, so think before leaving though joining.

    I personally liked my team and my program manager, who gave challenging projects and exposure towards the product and client.

    The HR department just exploits the PGETs keeping them in the lowest pay band for a long period. No respect for skill and talent they rather give good compensation for experienced than skilled

    1. Salary is very low for CFD Engineer as compared to market. 2. Yearly Increment is very very low. 3. Even after leaving LTTS and its has been 40 days but I didn't not receive salary of last working month after all the dues are cleared. 4. HR DEPARTMENT of LTTS is very worse, they don't know to how to talk with other people. Everytime they will talk rudely. They will behave like they are the only one in organization who are busy in work
