In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...ent is not transparent. There is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for employees. Company policies are very bad, appraisals are non fair and they are not give good salary hike and bonus also not given on time every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. After job resignation full & final settlement not done of employees.

Company is decent but growth is too slow. Work pressure is very high, mostly I have to work 12-15 hrs in a day. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I have to travel more than two site every month which effecting my health as due different climate.
