...lated to career growth once we join we stick on to that field so i left the job. Coming to salary it is good with travel expenses they gave, company mates didn't told everything clearly about work. It is fully field work and work environment is not good.

Dislikes

Related to work, the work going on different locations in a particular city itself. And the work timings is improper. For example if i work in this location on the other day the work will be on different location so by making travel. It is irritating so i left that job.

...ch they hired you. You may not even get the domain you worked for so many years. If you are lazy person and Happy with just monthly salary getting credited then join this company happily.

Dislikes

Car drop facility and related management is totally pathetic. If you have any queries related to salary then it will get unanswered. HR doesn't have knowledge. Internal systems or applications are equally pathetic. Your KRA gets set just before your appraisals. No transparency. Poor communication within organization.

...s i did not get much help from either my team or management in getting settled.. Their salary pkg is among the better ones in service industry but that is the only good thing i saw.. This is in year 2012..not sure after that

Dislikes

Not much help from senior management..if you are joining as a lead, be ready to face client escalation alone as your reportees and senior management will not help you in anyway

Nothing no hike no leaves if public holidays are there then also they will force u to do Ot which you don't want but u have to do

All dislike are mentioned that no salary hike they will force u to do ot no money for ot will do work for more than Hours but still u will have to mention 9 hours of worked done no salary hike and one thing no support from anyone

...als Just keep waiting for the corporate to annouce when they will release hikes. Last 3times hike was delayed by 6 months and was no change in package at all for me.
