Nothing much than free dinner who are working in shifts. In my case my client is very good.I wish it was my working company rather LTI.

Dislikes

Your manager won’t know what you are doing.He only has concerns about timesheets filling at the end of the month. No extra perks,even not much variable pay even if it includes in a salary.laptops are worst of quality. Most of the projects are in shifts.

Joined LTI on 24th Mar 23. It was a project specific requirement, so was allocated to project soon after. Started clocking 16-17 hours per day and never ever got an appreciation from my Manager. The environment was toxic and over the time I started getting demotivated and my morale and confidence kept on going down. Just after 3 months of joining I was put on PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) by my Manager who took my final round of interview. I was asked to put down my papers exactly 4 months after I joined. I am PMP certified and Agile certified practicing project management since last 5 years and having a total of 16 years of experience. Was my performance was evaluated during the interview process? Is 3 months a decent time to measures someone's performance? All these are still unanswered questions!! HR in LTI is totally biased towards Delivery.

Working alone on the project from LTI, hence no unnecessary competition within team mates to showoff who is the best resource for the client, as was the case in all TechM projects. Just a reporting manager to interact with from LTI and no one else to bug you, as was the case in few TechM projects specifically the team lead micro managers. Since directly working with the client there was no need to impress anyone from LTI for my work done so, during appraisal review, RM will get the feedback from client based on the actual work done. There was no need for explaining or requesting for leaves as long as your scrum team from the client is just aware. Hackathons were the best event where we meet some technology specific dedicated people who helped in my project challenges, after the event.

Dislikes

Variable pay and appraisal was good until the LTI Mindtree merger, after the merger, they delayed the appraisals, variable pay was not provided 100%.

To be Frank i didn't like anything this is the worest company I have worked ever.

If an employee is serving notice period & u want to remove the employee before notice period means u need to pay his full salary till the LWD but here u not even payed me anything n also if a employee who keeps papers means HR need to call that employee n ask him the reason for the relieving but here HR call & say to leave by next day n say that she will pay me only Basic payment. To Be I have single handed managed a project but my manager gave all the credit to another team member wow as not even worked in this project for 6 months but i was there in the project around 20 months at the time of raiting I ask my manager y u gave him 4 out of 4 rating to him n y only 3 rating to me means he just replied me that he as certificate & I dnt have certificate itsems . see certificate doesn't matter when it's come to completing Work please respect the people who works more then other not go with any Fevrateism...😏
