    Dislikes

    Culture of the company is completely ruined over the past 6months. Leaders doesn't know how to guide their employees. They just say you are replacble and you don't have same salary once you go out.if they are not valuing the employee people will not be motivated to work.

    Salary and expenses on time. Training is very good.

    Work culture is very bad. Target given is very unrealistic! Service is not upto the mark. No job security! Too much pressure on Non seasonal months. Will get BP & Diabetes due to this stressful job.

    Work culture and life balance is pathetic. Internal politics are too high. Strategies and actions have huge gap and information about company decisions will be unknown to down levels. Unethical processes and lack of clarity in business operations.

    No job security at all. A lot of politics played by the mid-level managers and the high-level people do not stop it means they support it. Very vulnerable company in terms of your job. You can loose it any moment.

    Good. Continuous training and Product Knowledge to Employees is their priority. On time salary and Claim reimbursement.

    Dislikes

    Immediate supervisor's behavior made me to resign. His attitude towards the people was not up to that level. Immature reporting managers.
