... If you are late for work bcoz of traffic or heavy rains you get deducted 1/3 day of salary even for 10 mins delay. 4. You are expected and made to stay late at work almost daily. 5. During probation your boss will keep on pestering you every alternate day that you are already xx months in the Company and you need to deliver results. 6. No support from the boss, CFO is just a silent puppet. MD and CSO literally abuses during meetings, even in the presence of females, words like fu** and gan*ma** is quiet common. 7. They will ask you to join immediately and pay you joining bonus, but will deduct the same if they sack you within one year. Check your offer letter thoroughly for such hidden clause. Will advise not to join this company else you will face immense stress.

Nice place to work before joining please make sure about band benifits and In hand salary confirmation. Company make profit but at the time of appraisal it's going on loss and be ready for cost cutting excuses. Also be ready to work from office without vaccination in pendamic situation due to this mass resignation possible. Yaha office ane ka time fix hi but Jane ka or meetings ka ni meeting always start when you leaving office at time meeting start also don't expect shift allowance.

It is a school and not corporate. The alarm rings sharp at 9 am and if late then salary is cut. GM Ankur Jain is the boss and Sunu Nunnu is his EA.

Dislikes

Keeps copying CHEP in everything. Hire and fire company. Toxic environment for employees. Employees are forced to put good fake reviews. Attrition rate is 80%. HR is horrible especially Parnavi Patil and Admin Meenakshi keeps on licking only.

Likes:- Jason Lobo, Radhika Shetty, Kapil Bairagi in the organization is approachable, knowledgeable, motivating to team members, very down to earth personality.

The washroom glass was broken but managment simply ignored this issue even company asking & pressurizing for compensation from employee who has been notifying this issue. 15 - 20 Days staff used washroom with using IN & OUT paper tag which was made by also EMPLOYEES ONLY. 4) Intentionally Harassing Top Management Employee:- New employees has created a union & harrassing manager (BOTH EMPLOYEES ARE LOVE BIRDS & IN RELATION WITH HR HEAD), in this case HR also taking side of New employees instead of checking what is correct & wrong. What is a exact issue behind it. Passing a rumor on floor as manager is irresponsible, not capable for making decision & handling team or lovebirds.. 5) Partiality with employees by floor wise:- ANKUR JAIN was allowed WFH policy for 12th floor women employee in Covid period BUT 3rd floor women employees needs to attend the Office on time (9AM) without giving any travelling facility or benefits. When employees ask questions to HR about this issue HR directly asked for resignation without giving any explanation.

Dislike:- 1) Health Issue:- Company does not understand your health issue at all. A Few examples, In serious illness when doctors suggest strict bed rest but Company's former GM ANKUR JAIN asks an employee to forcefully resignation after submitting all medical reports with medical prescription & bills also. One of the sales employee had an accident so Manager approved his leave but Sales GM called the Sales Employee and threat him to join the office asap. 2) Human Resources OR Harassing Representatives:- HR Manager PARNAVI PATIL behaves like she is a SARVESERVA of the company. She doesn't know how to behave with subordinates on the floor. Always doing partiality in between On-roll & Off-roll employees. 3) Common Washroom with Drinking water facility in the washroom only:- In 3rd floor common washroom for Women & Men WITH Drinking water facility in the same washroom. HR passed a rumor about the Manager as He is not capable of handling teams, irresponsible. 5) Partiality with employees by floorwise:- ANKUR JAIN was allowed WFH policy for 12th-floor women employees in covid period BUT 3rd-floor women employees need to attend the office on time (sharp at 9 AM) without providing any traveling facility or any benefits. When employees ask questions to HR about this issue, HR asked for resignation without giving any explanation.
