Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day.

No Job Security, Joining this company means your future is on stake, When I joined no body handover me any data or any documents of tool room. I started from zero make there tools presentable but yet I get transfer letter without notice. In probation period you have to serve at least 3 months of notice period which is not acceptable by most companies. Special:- Plant head is a very oversmart person( Production manager is sat on Plant head Chair with no knowledge other than production) so we don't get any support form higher management. Politics is worst No Working system you have to do your work as well as purchase, quality, vendor engg. etc. Company hired me as tool room engineer and later changed my department just because I don't obliged some favourite ones of plant head. I suggest that think before you joined this company in any department other than quality.

...rtment are working from longer time, which are from same community ( Gujju), co. Is hiring so many interns on low pay scale. If interns are available at low pay scales, then why they hired experienced employees for 3-4 months, to west new joiners time & careers as well. Even Co. Founder Sanit Patel, also not having humanity for an employees. The HOD accounts team & admin team also not provide things to en employees on right time, they are trying an employees tempra. Over all extremely ridiculous experience.

You can do your personal work by changing your shifts if the department head allows you. Remaining all the things could not be write in this like section. If I write those things over here, that will against to my conscience.

...as an yearly increment. As a staff you will get increment upto ₹1000 - 2500. Then, they hold some percentage of money from your salary every month and gives you back as Diwali bonus. You need to pay money to food, biscuits& safety shoes. If you come to the company by car, strictly you need to park your vehicle out of the compound. They don't even gives you cleaning essentials (soap) to wash your hands even though you are working in oil.
