...and culture everything is good. But higher employees not following that process. it is affected low salary employees.

They will pay one salary, but they will give 3 employees work to one employees. whoever simply sitting in without work and higher posting managers, they only got benefits form under him employees also. Because they are hidden your talent from him superiors. Finally we as employees know and cheat. Company owners who are directors are cheated by their trusted managers.

Employees are not appraised as per their work Work politics is more Even giving 100% ,employees are not praised and promoted to higher level.

Nice teammates, supportive company staff, good career growth, work environment is nice , salary/appraisal on time

Company should give engineer an independent project to handle and to increase their skills.

Work Pressure is always there. Tight deadlines is given by managers to meet, however there is no support on time from other department. Lot of duplication of work happens in the company which tires out employee mentally.

Overall my experience is very great about the company, I joined as GET after completing Electrical Engineering, Initially I was selected for Project Department but as I was more interested in the Purchase Department so on my request the HR team as well as the Procurement Head gave me a chance to work in the Procurement Team and during mu tenure I gained a good experience and knowledge about the intricacies in Supply Chain Management. I am very much thankful to the Listenlights team (HR and Procurement Head) for believing in me and giving me the opportunity due to which I got a direction for my career path. Though I was for 5 months in the company and I decided to go for further studies, but if I wasn’t going I would enjoyed working in Listenlights. All the staff from senior most level to junior are very friendly and helpful. It was my first company and I really had a great experience, in future if a get a chance again to join Listenlights I would definitely take the opportunity.
