• The people and associates here, even your TL's and immediate manager great (depends on the teams). • Internal job postings. • Family Culture and togetherness. • Less work stress (again depends)

Dislikes

• Pay is below average (people staying here for years still don't get that kind of pay what that kind of experience the people bring to the company) •No work life balance (don't confuse it with work stress) • No flexibility at all. • Work is measured by the amount of time you been inside the office. • Less hierarchy which is in a way good, but gives more control to the higher management.

No work, No Skill development, False promise on salary, Posh issues, Weak Management, High Workload(as majority people don't want to work and weak management does nothing about it). They don't provide the promised salary. The company does not support its employees if they want to leave the toxicity of the organixation

Work culture is too good here.. you can have work life balance here.. no pressure with the work load and weekend works.. you can enjoy your work without any work pressure..

Dislikes

If you want to join LKQ work in few companies for couple of years get good package then join.. if you are planning to join as an fresher and stay for long after few years you will love the company but your package will be very less when you compare with your friends who have same years of experience.. so company has to look to meet the market package structure..

no recognition, managers, no vertical growth, they always say we are flat organization but higher management gets promotions.

I love the family culture here.. management treat every individual as family members..

Dislikes

Salary is not matched as per market.. in few months there many attrition due to less salary.. but still management is not trying to solve this issues.. in quater there is more than 40% attrition and majority of them are due to salary expectations only..
