Dislikes

Job security is a major concern, apart from HR, IT policies. You may not get salary if your attendance is not regularised for whatever reason. Your payment will be deducted if IT assets are damaged during or after work hours.

Likes

Company have good team in terms of talent, Often time your are pushed to do more than your comfort zone. Salary is very competitive and other advantages are also provided for archiving organisation goals, it keeps a healthy competition among the teams.

Dislikes

...vineat for ground level employees. Some time upper management do micromanagment. Work Life Balance not present Over time work are not eligible for any compensation.

1) No work security, if they want to you to leave the company, they will create their own reasons n ask you to resign. 2) Long working hours(10 hours) 3) if your working remotely, don't expect more from team members.

The only moment I liked in loginext is when I resigned and other than this I liked few frnds that I made there.

...e good reviews and promote and follow company in all the social media platforms. If any employee fails to do that, he will either take a very strict action like deducting the salary or leave of those employees and he took action against their managers as well. I am sure all the good reviews in ambition box or any job search sites or any other social media sites are definitely a forced one. The CEO abuses the employees irrespective of the seniority in front of everyone. One of the abusive video I found it on youtube too, where he used many bad words to one of the employee. When I resigned, I was threatened like anything that I would have to bear the consequences of resigning. We will make sure you are not easily released. You will have to pay the penalty of resigning so soon. These were the direct words from one of the HR. People were even asked to leave the organisation without giving even a minute of notice period. Just submit your laptop and leave. These happened with many employees till I was working there and it is still happening. One of the event that I remember now is, they made all the employees sit the whole night and send marketing emails and messages to many organisations from our personal linkedin profiles. My team was asked to send these messages to almost 200 different companies.
