The pay and role parity are missing. I may have the same title and job as another person in the organization, but that person is likely to be in a much higher pay band, in some cases, I might just be handling a lot more challenging and the more significant team as well. Some managers are free to do whatever they want and are not held accountable, so much so that some of them do not even take quarterly performance reviews for their employees.Read More
