Sir i am supporting staff Coimbatore UGSS Project, company wise no fixed date salary no increment and no support , permanent staff only peace full life in the project , please check supporting staff situations

The hybrid working mode has its beenfits like 2-3 days in office that too minimum 6 hours with lots of optional holiday benefits. The campus and amenities are good.

Dislikes

The Salary, bonus, increment are very poor. You are benefited only if you enter with a good hike, once you are an employee the increments starts with 2% and the max tenure for first promotion is 2-3 years. The continuous feedback process is not in place, if you are deployed to client project you are totally disconnected with Practice Unit which results in biased feedback.

Working environment is decent as Mindtree previously had very employee friendly work culture. But since merger with LTI, the work culture has downgraded. Its not the old employee friendly mindtree limited instead a typical corporate culture where employees and their efforts are not acknowledged anymore.

Dislikes

Growth is negligible at this point. Im working 3 years with bare minimum increase in my salary. I get top ratings in my appraisal cycle but no increment at all during promotions. And the management is not at all employee friendly anymore. They will not even consider your genuine problems and literally force you to align with the company policies. Everything is downgraded in this organisation and is going further down overtime. Very disappointed.

...MINDTREE. No work life balance and there is no chance to developing our skills . the job security was also not good and main there is no any salary benifits and worst appraisal and promotion system at LTIMINDTREE.
