The hybrid working mode has its beenfits like 2-3 days in office that too minimum 6 hours with lots of optional holiday benefits. The campus and amenities are good.

Dislikes

The Salary, bonus, increment are very poor. You are benefited only if you enter with a good hike, once you are an employee the increments starts with 2% and the max tenure for first promotion is 2-3 years. The continuous feedback process is not in place, if you are deployed to client project you are totally disconnected with Practice Unit which results in biased feedback.

1. Ontime Salary (usually pays on the last working day / day of the month). You actually can count on the salary date.

Dislikes

1. Incompetent Leadership and Sr. Managers (Project Level) who does not believe in transparency, open discussions and collaborations 2. Some Sr. Managers are not even competent to manage projects as they do not have the required skill sets 3. Biased employee annual appraisals and promotions (both are done based on recommendations - as per the whims and fancies of PMs, Sr. PMs and Project Directors!). 4. Passive H.R Team (Mindtree call them as PF Team - People Function). Hardly, I have seen P F team making an effort to retain employees but even to have a positive and constructive discussion with the resigned employees. 5. Huge disparity among compensation (within the same role with similar skill sets and almost same years of experience!). And they do pay Bonus to employees but chose such a time for payout that most of the bonus amount will be deducted as tax!! 6. Lack of skill development opportunities except you have an online learning portal where you can register and learn certain skills. Hardly you will see role specific learning opportunities 7. Culture - They say it's a mix of empathy, integrity and purpose. I can wholeheartedly agree with integrity, but hardly seen anything like empathy and purpose. Basically, they don't practice what they preach

Good learning platform whic helps you to up-skill yourself. Competitive salary compared to market.

Dislikes

Sometimes resource allocation will not happen based on employee skills which will collapse the career path.

Mindtree is a open company wherein you can have good connection with the clients and the management. I feel really good working with Mindtree. Joined few years back and I had very good interaction with clients and if you have good performance then as per policy you will be getting promotion. They do have track on career growth, courses etc..
