Policies, salary, appraisal's, It's the Mid level employees who suffer mostly. After integration with Mindtree, everything has gone wrong despite ceo bragging about the pipeline deals

The hybrid working mode has its beenfits like 2-3 days in office that too minimum 6 hours with lots of optional holiday benefits. The campus and amenities are good.

Dislikes

The Salary, bonus, increment are very poor. You are benefited only if you enter with a good hike, once you are an employee the increments starts with 2% and the max tenure for first promotion is 2-3 years. The continuous feedback process is not in place, if you are deployed to client project you are totally disconnected with Practice Unit which results in biased feedback.

Only liking is that it's a service based mass hiring company with multiple projects.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. They are slave to client and breaks the norm of not working during day hours.Late night calls at around 12 am is very common.

Bad Managers, Directors, Senior Director Package they give is less NO New Projects You cannot work in your desired project and domain and should accept whatever Project and domain they give and they will be short term, not long term. onboarding Team senior resources are bad, they talk about religions and all which is really bad, it has to change as all are equal. Some senior Onboarding HR only talks about her religion and supports her employees who is her cast which is utter worst, have to change this thing. HRs wont give new projects, they give you all the projects which you are not familiar with, have to be ready to work in whatever projects you get. There are few bad directors who talks so ARROGANTLY in floor, talks so bad in front of everyone, even with new employees he behaves bad, talks rubbish arrogantly and he is always ANGRY on everyone, no support, there is a person called NAGESH in bangalore office who is a senior director, he is so bad, always scolding and talking loudly and Arrogantly to many employees which is really bad, he is actually Harassingly employees, he needs to change or thrown out of the company. Dont join this company, or be ready to be in bench for 2 months then you will be thrown out saying no projects, you are not clearing interviews, you are not upskilling etc.

Bench is of 2 months only, and after that firing, 30-40% of sallry component is billable bonus which is given only if you are on project, No work life balance, projects are picked on short time basis with critical development and employees are made to work on weekends also, and once project is over people are released immediately.
