Appraisals are delayed. Some managers create unnecessary chois for instance recently it is made madatory to book seat before comming to office but the app not allowing enough employees to book the seat but most of the seats are empty inside. After merging with LTI things are getting tight here. Now strict 2 months bench policy is following pratically within this 2 months we won't get enough time to look for opportunities as in oder to complete one client evaluation it will take a month.

...r appraisal and promotion. Culture is destroying day by day by upper management. Salary hike is too low. Forget about promotion on time. Got news about appraisal on moneycontrol instead of management mail.

Salary was little better than all of its competitors if you are switching to it for critical roles

Toxic culture , HR controls a lot. Even in emergency cases you can't take wfh even if it's family medical urgency or your marriage. They deduct leaves if you don't do WFO for 6 hours each day and 2 days a week. Even if you raise concern or put your voice. You may get fired or threatened.

ti managers in ltimindtree Citi account Be careful of joining Risk department. No leaves of anyone gets approved. The KDM along with his two lieutenants make sure that no one is happy. People's holiday have been lapsed. No one cares. They use a software called prohance which tracks your login time. You have to have 8 hours compulsory login everyday. Please dont join ltimindtree risk department.

Only the Name. After merger, this company has become worse. Even call centres work culture is far better than this.

...m, and even if feedback is given it will not be worked upon. No Payroll system. So any salary discrepancy can not be addressed upto your satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is not at all the priority. Your family is not their problem. Even if your parent is on death bed. Senior level management will know everything but will pretend as nothing. Nothing is systematic. If you request even for a shift change, your project can be changed or you can be put on bench. Bossism and Yes sir culture is too much followed. If u say No, you r gone. No transparency in anything. Unwanted calls and threatening the employees even in non working days.
